1. Who operates this waitlist

Flaky Hunter is operated by ALIONA KANASHEVICH, a sole proprietor registered in Poland (NIP: 5213966539), who is the controller of the personal data submitted to this waitlist.

2. Information we collect

When you join our early-access waitlist, we record your email address, the product identifier, the consent notice version, and the registration date. We do not request repository credentials or CI data through this form.

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the form against automated abuse. Cloudflare may process technical information about how you interact with the site. For more details, see Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We use your email to send information about Flaky Hunter early access, launch, and related product updates. The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.

Technical processing required to protect the waitlist from abuse may rely on our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, where applicable.

4. Retention

We retain waitlist records for no longer than 12 months after registration, or until you withdraw your consent, whichever happens first. We may delete the records sooner if we discontinue the waitlist. A scheduled cleanup deletes expired records; earlier deletion requests are handled through our privacy contact.

5. Service providers and international transfers

Cloudflare provides hosting, bot protection, and D1 database infrastructure. Our D1 waitlist database is configured with an EU jurisdiction; this does not mean all related processing is restricted to the EU. Where applicable, personal data transferred outside the European Economic Area is subject to appropriate safeguards, which may include adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. 6. Your rights

Subject to GDPR requirements, you can request access to, correction or deletion of, and restriction of processing of your data, as well as data portability and objection to processing based on legitimate interests. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.

7. Voluntary participation

Joining the waitlist is voluntary. Without your email and consent, we cannot register you for early-access communications. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling to make decisions about waitlist members.
